Warehouse Administrator - Compressed Air
Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Compressed Air team. This role will entail meeting technicians' and customers' requirements for providing quotations and ordering parts on required work.
Responsibilities:
- Receives completed quotation request forms from technicians (which includes pricing, type of equipment, vendor info etc.), generates formal quotations using company structured markup schedules and presents quotations to the customer.
- Obtains purchase orders and approvals for quotations from customer, where required, and advises Service and Operations Managers on delivered quotations.
- Informs technicians of all approved quotations, generates tickets and transmits to dispatch for scheduling.
- Follows up on repair decisions/decision dates for outstanding quotations as time permits.
- Assists in ordering equipment and supplies for repairs, and projects, issues purchase orders as required.
- Advises dispatch and technicians of parts availability for scheduling purposes and provides information on special delivery requirements, when required.
- Follows up with suppliers regarding shipment/delivery issues.
- Work with project team on managing job, material workflows, TSSA registrations, scheduling. (Training provided)
- Stock warehouse management, maintaining.
Education/ Experience:
- University Degree or College Diploma in a related field
- 1 year experience, with experience in Compressed Air industry being an asset
- Experience with using a computer-based order entry system
- Strong Communication skills
- Time Management and Organizational skills
- Computer Skills
- Financial Understanding
- Lift truck, pallet truck operation – ability to obtain lift truck operators certificate (provided)
- Bending, lifting, climbing stairs
